Pan fry your mince until browned.
Add your seasoning of choice along with pasta sauce and bring to the boil simmer until sauce looks rich.
Pre-heat the oven 180'.
Lightly oil ovenproof dish.
Spoon one third of meat into dish, then cover with lasagne pasta sheets of choice, lightly drizzle over white Sause, repeat for 3 layers.
Scatter your cheese of choice over the top.
Bake for 45mins until the top is bubbling and lightly browned.
