Add frozen berries to a pan and begin to heat.
As the fruits soften drizzle in a little honey to sweeten.
Add half to a teaspoon of vanilla extract & a pinch of cinnamon.
Simmer and reduce down till you are left with a thicker consistency.
Cool.
Mix the chia seeds with the milk & honey in a mason jar or bowl and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Spoon on the berry compote and serve.
