1. Preheat oven to 170’ and line a baking tray with foil or grease proof paper.. 2. Add the garlic, parsley, butter to a bowl and add a splash of water. This is your filling mixture. Using a spoon, mix until a thick paste has formed.. 3.Put the filling mixture in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes.. 4.Meanwhile, lay your chicken breast on a flat surface. Carefully, and using a Sharpe knife, cut pockets length ways into the breast. 5.Once the filling is chilled, spoon it into the chicken breast, adding as much as possible. Secure with cocktail sticks or a skewer.. 6.Place the beaten egg in a bowl, and the breadcrumbs in another.. 7.Dip the chicken breast into the egg to cover, and then the breadcrumbs. Ensure that the breadcrumbs cover the breast evenly.. place the kiev on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through and breadcrumbs are golden brown. Serve with a salad for a lighter meal Rice or chips for a more substantial meal.. chicken
