1. Whisk the egg and season with salt & pepper.
2. Drizzle of olive oil, place over medium heat.
3.Add the mushrooms, diced bacon and cherry tomatoes, cook for a few minutes..
4.Just before the bacon is cooked, stir in the cooked sliced sausages and beans (if using). When the bacon is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and set to one side.
5.Spray a clean pan with your low-calorie cooking spray and place over low heat.
6.Pour in the beaten egg. Turn the heat up. Cook until the top of the egg has set. Flip the egg wrap over and cook the other side. The wrap will only be thin, So should only take a few minutes to cook..
7.Put the wrap on a plate, then spread filling on one half. sprinkle with cheese., cut in half to serve!.
