Seal sausages in a non-stick pan, then place in an oven proof dish.
Add chopped peppers, onions and mushrooms season with mixed herbs, sea salt and black pepper.
Add 6 large chopped juicy tomatoes and your 150ml of water.
Cook in oven on 160’ heat for 2 hours.
Prepare your mashed potatoes and green vegetables.
