About Us - Meet the Find Your Calm Team

We are a small company with a huge heart dedicated to helping others find their own piece of Calm in the chaos of modern-day life.

Tanya become a Fitness Instructor in 2017 teaching high intensity training to locals in her hometown. On her second year Tanya became unwell forcing her lifestyle to change. Determined to keep going she then became a student at the Open University studying Psychology. This came from Tanya’s passion to help people mentally as well as physically. Tanya is now the Creator of Find Your Calm. Working full time on growing the platform, creating great ideas and content for everyday people to relate to.

Not to be confused with a Nutritionist or Dietician Sian’s prior career spanned some 20 years in you’ve guessed it food. Well if you want to get technical Hospitality & Catering. After her departure from 12 years working every job role to be had in Hospitality & Catering, Sian spent 8 years teaching. That’s right in Hospitality & Catering. There’s a bit of a theme. Sian wanted to explore her passion for food further the natural step being Nutrition. Sian taking on the role at Find Your Calm came quite easily. Fully supporting the simple basic ways in which we look at our food.

Jo become a Yoga Instructor in 2013. With her great passion and desire to help people from all walks of life Jo created classes in her hometown. Jo has proven to help many people find peace and tranquillity over the years. Jo’s Yoga Nidra is simply breath taking. Having the ability to help anyone relax both in physical body and mentally to create a complete body relaxation. Jo is taking on the most wonderful task of creating bubbles of well-being at Find Your Calm and we could not think of anyone more suited for the role.
