1.Put everything except the carrot, broccoli and chicken into a large saucepan and bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender..
2.Using a blender, blend until smooth.(preference).
3.Add the carrot and simmer for 5 minutes, then the broccoli and chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes or until chicken is warmed through and vegetables are tender..
4.Season lightly and serve hot..
