Takes , serves people.

Peel and fine dice white onion, save any you don’t need in a Tupperware tub in the fridge. Take a silicone muffin tray, sprinkle in diced onion, diced chorizo and crumble on goats cheese. Add torn pieces of fresh basil leaves. Whisk and season egg, pour into muffin moulds to cover other ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes at 180'. Can be enjoyed hot or cold!.
