Melt the coconut oil and all the ingredients leaving out the chocolate drops and mix together thoroughly.
Spread out on to baking trays, bake at 130' for 20 mins.
Mix and flatten out on the trays again and further bake for another 20 mins.
Remove and cool, mix in the dark chocolate drops.
Serve sprinkled over Greek yoghurt.
Store the remaining granola in air-tight containers for up to 1 month.
