Marinate your pork in Chinese five spice coat well and leave for 1 hour.
Roast meat off in the oven 180’ 40 minutes.
Dice your pork small chunks.
Get your shallow frying pan or wok to a high heat with sesame oil, once pan just starts smoking add in your sliced vegetables!.
Toss to stop sticking and prevent burning.
Add in your pork and serve once vegetables are soft.
