Boil sweet potatoes for 30 minutes, mash and add a spoon full of butter to bind.
Add your kidney beans, chickpeas, diced carrots, diced onion, along with all your herbs and seasoning to your sweet potato mash.
Mould into burgers then oven bake 180 for 25mins.
Serve in wholemeal bun.
Add your Greek yoghurt and smashed avocado to top and slaw on the side.
