Any vegetables that can be sliced into sticks and eaten raw
Can of chickpeas
Lemon juice
Garlic clove
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp water

serves people.
Drain and wash chickpeas.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Wash, peel and deseed if needed and slice vegetable into batons or sticks.
Serve vegetable sticks and hummus together.
