Heat oven to 230C/Fan 210C/ gas 8. Drizzle a little Oil evenly into Yorkshire pudding trays and place in the oven to heat through. Tip Flour into a bowl and beat in your egg until smooth. Gradually add the milk, keep beating until mix is completely lump free. Season with salt. Pour batter into a jug, then remove hot tins from oven, carefully pour batter into holes.. Place the tins back in the oven, leave undisturbed for 20-25minutes. Until browned and Puffed.. Serve immediately.. yorkshire pudding
