Boil and cool new potatoes.
Boil, cool, peel and halve egg.
Boil and simmer green beans and cool.
Add a large handful of mixed lettuce leaf to a bowl.
Halve cherry tomatoes and black olives, add to lettuce.
Peel and slice red onion, add to lettuce.
Whisk equal amounts of olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Add flaked tuna, green beans and potatoes to salad, drizzle over dressing and mix together.
Present in a bowl and add boiled egg halves.
