Metal skewers or bamboo (soak in water to avoid burning)

Marinate pork in BBQ sauce for 1 hour (sugar content is high so please use wisely).
Build your kebabs onto your sticks.
Grill until cooked through, approximately 10 minutes rotating every 2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
