Heat a griddle pan or frying pan until smoking hot and add the sliced chicken.
Add your onion and peppers, keep everything moving over a high heat for 5 minutes until you get a nice charred effect, add spice and stir until all has been coated.
Make sure chicken is cooked, take the largest chicken slice and tear in half to check.
Place your tortilla wraps in oven or microwave to heat up.
Serve with fresh salad and top with our salsa.
