Takes , serves people.

Sweat off onions, butternut squash, carrot, then add beans and lentils.. Add coriander, cumin, ginger, chilli and tomato puree. Add tinned tomatoes and water, bring to boil then simmer to reduce. Serve with boiled rice, top with Greek Yoghurt and smashed avocado.
