Sift 200g flour into a bowl, add salt, make a well in the centre.
Add beaten egg, mix in warm milk, 2 tsp melted butter and vinegar into centre of well.
Combine ingredients quickly with your fingers, working from the outside of the well, when mixed, knead the dough on a lightly floured board, until the dough is pliable, and no longer sticky.
Brush the surface of the ball with melted butter and cover with a warm bowl and let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200* C.
Roll out on the board as thin as possible, begin to stretch the pasty gently from the centre out, trying not to tear.it should stretch out to a nice size square, a heavier edge should appear as you work, whatever remains cut off with a knife.
Brush the surface with melted better and bake for 20 minutes, then lower to 180*C and brush again with meted butter, bake for a further 10 minutes or until browned.
